Everyone was extremely friendly and insightful. The first interview is with the head of the office. The director basically fires like 20-25 questions at you from. why should we hire you to what motivates to become an excellent salesperson. Coming from a different industry its very important to connect the job traits that both jobs share.

Interview
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
Multiple Steps. First round is screening with internal recruiting person. 2nd is with leaders in the office or team. 3rd is on-site shadow. 2nd is most intensive but really about sales mindset.
