Interview
First was a phone interview about general aspects of my resume, this interview was with the technical recruiter, then was a phone interview with the Teksystems QA Manager, this interview lasted about 30 mins, then a 1 on 1 interview with a Teksystems QA lead, this interview lasted 1 hour and finally a final interview with the client, it was a conference call with 5 people and each person asked one or two technical questions.

Screening before the main interview,walk through on the operations, Had two sessions in which all the in and out functionalities were discussed It was quite a new kind of preliminary discussion ..where in which I had never experienced in any other interview process
It was smooth process and excellent person interviewed. Over all it’s clean and they are asking only on the subject. Went well without any issues on video call

It was easy and interview process is good
Management is good and 2 rounds they ll conduct for exp ppl , for fresher's they will take 3 to 4 rounds based on client requirement and technology
