You get called by the HR and than they will call you for an in person interview ( get ready to have 3/4 people in front of you). The interview process was quick and you get an offer quickly.

All talk about your resume and are you ready to work hard
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
