Interview
The interview process involved an application online and a phone screening. After the phone screening was an in person interview, after that a follow up phone call was to be made. However, I received a rejection email instead.
Medium level general questions, use star approach , they will try to assess your management skills and how will you handle certain situations ……….like how will you manage attrition and leaves
I applied, was interviewed 2 months later and then it took another month to get a job offer. The interview was just under an hour with just the hiring manager and the interview was easier then anticipated.
Phone and then 2 face 2 face, quick answers. The people were friendly and welcoming . Phone interview was with the human resources department. Each stage was worthwhile, tesearch the company and projects.
