Interview
Submit resume online, had a first interview on the phone with an HR representative. Called back the next day to set up an in-person interview. At the second interview it was two other kinesiologists and the clinic manager. They asked me a series of questions ranging from general interview questions like tell me about yourself to asking about specific fitness tests and how you would interpret results and give recommendations to clients.

Tell me about youself? What was your worst failure? Specific fitness test procedures and recommendations to give. Ex. 60 yr old male - wanting health advice, has come to you before, you need to implement a plan that he will stick to. How will you do it?
