Extremely unprofessional culture I must say. I wish to add the name of the recruiter but I won’t as I have some decency ! After applying online, this recruiter gets back to me, does a telephonic screen and asks to complete an online assessment. I did it well in timeline mentioned. And after that she just vanished !!! No feedback at all, not even bothered to reply back to my emails, I followed up thrice and no reply!!! I am a recruiter my self and I know what value does a candidate experience holds!! Dear recruiter if you are reading this , I hope you learn some basic manners about interviewing ! I am not asking you to select me but everyone who has invested time in getting interviewed and completing assessment needs an answer !

I got a short phone screening and scheduled for a face to face interview. Once there, I was asked to complete the required tests as well. They called me back a couple days later and told me I was chosen for the position and asked me to bring in the legal paperwork for hiring.
