I applied online. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The phone interview went well and the assessment was straightforward even though they moved on to another candidate I did not get a chance for an in person interview. I learned a lot but have to wait a year to reapply for the same role but afterwards, I got a link for how to get certified with SIE I picked the non experienced required role so I would be trained for 19 weeks (5 months) 4 days in and one day at home. Then after training it would be 3 days in and 2 days at home so the set up seemed promising.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TIAA (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
Went through initial interview and preliminary test and then second (final?) interview. Was slightly overqualified for the role but wanted to work with a nonprofit-adjacent business while staying in finance. After the second interview, received a boilerplate rejection email titled "Interview Feedback" with no notes other than confirming not going forward with the process. Reached out to the interviewer for any specific feedback and never heard back.
