I applied for a seasonal sales associate at TJ Maxx. I did one 15 minute interview and one in-person 30 minute interview before receiving an offer a few days later. Overall, it was a super quick interview process.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
