Response from the company was relatively fast after initial submission of application. A date was set to do a phone screening with recruiter approximately 10 days. The interview consisted a very typical situational based questions. What to do when? How did you handle this?
I was told that they would narrow it down to three candidates to pass on to the next level. I never heard anything after the phone screen. If given the opportunity I would not have pursued it any further. As a couple of other people have said here I got a unpleasant vibe from the recruiter. There was a pompous arrogance to the way she spoke. however to be fair she obviously didn't get a good vibe from me either or I would have gotten a call. It was obviously mutually not a good match.

Quick to respond to application. Applied and was contacted on the same day and scheduled interview within the week. Looking forward to the communication continuing and seeing where this goes.
There were 5 Hiring Managers Interviewing 30 People who had made it thru the initial screening process. About 10 people there including myself were over 40. Most looked to be in their 20s and were not professionally dressed some looked like they came directly from the park. They were also hiring for assistant managers with a minimum of 2 years experience. It takes a lot to run a store even with support staff. I was not asked much in way of questions or scenarios. There was a salary range given. I think I looked too expensive and they preferred young and cheap.

Interview
Application to interview and second level went very quickly (less than two weeks) and then nothing. I was told they needed to fill the position quickly and they would update me by the end of the week...three weeks ago. No rejection notice but that position was closed.
