Interview with a local manger, the process was nice and smoothly. He is really nice person, and introduce himself and let me introduce myself. Then, talk about what the associate will response during the work.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
