I had a phone interview at first then after the phone interview they asked for a in person interview. Stay confident throughout your whole interview and if they ask if there’s something I can work on and just say I think I’m capable of this job but I need to work on something I am willing to learn and work on it! But I am confident I can do all the roles efficiently.
Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
