Interview
The interviewers will do their very best to make you nervous and mess up, they'll walk in and out of the interview leaving you to chat casually with the other person or just stay there in awkward silence (I went for the former rather than the latter) kinda playing good cop bad cop, per say, but otherwise are very friendly and polite.
