I had just the one onsite interview at the studio in Wilmslow. It lasted around 45 mins and I was told by the end that I would be told within 2 weeks if I got the job or not.

Thirty minute aptitude test followed by a short set of questions, the interviewers were stern but not unkind. The aptitude test involved testing an early build of a previous release of theirs.

Very polite, super friendly and casual. Interview was not easy and they really tested your knowledge of the position to determine you were a good fit. Answered all my questions and gave me a good feel for the place.
