3 people on interview. Different questions asked to different applicants. Short because they already had specific people picked I was just fortunate that several pre-picked people turned down the job. It took 8 years after applying to get an interview due to the selection process of hand picking by the union.

How would you deal with a co-worker who is not pulling their weight?
Inteview was a panel of 4 people who asked primarily personlaity questions and how i would react to such and such a situation. Panel would take turns reading off questions from a document and writing down my responses.
Fairly standard process for interviews, typical STAR method. Multiple questions on how you interact with others. No procedure related questions. No safety related questions. It also took very long to get invited to an interview, multiple months after initial application.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TVA (Chattanooga, TN) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied online with my resume and cover letter. Took EEi test first. Then moved on to the virtual interview round. Interview was only 20min long, and there was no time to ask questions. Took them about a month to get back to me.
