I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Columbia, MO) in Oct 2013
Interview
Be casual and direct, know your worth. Remind yourself that this is the lowest pit you can be in, and if you don't get what you want just walk away. You are worth a lot to Taco Bell, remember that Taco Bell has nothing to offer you in return. It's just hell.
I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Fleming Island, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
Taco bell randomly just cancels interviews and doesn't leave a way to reschedule a new one. I would've liked to reschedule after being cancelled but there was nothing provided to me in order to.
Telephone interview took place first, was then asked to do a swot analysis and to come back for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was very short and I was only asked 3 questions and then was given a tour of the the establishment.

Tell me about your carter?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Amarillo, TX)
Interview
The interview process was taken to an extreme level. You were in a room with 4 managers interviewing at the same time. They basically make you tell them over and over why do you think you deserve this job. They make the managers feel like they aren’t worthy to work there. Then they hire you and make you wait almost a month before you start there. The interview process is beyond ridiculous.
