Interview
I was hired in a campus placement procedure. After resume shortlisting, Group discussions were conducted and shortlisted candidates made it to the interview panel. The group discussion was intense, went on for almost 1 hour where every candidate was given a different topic and everyone had to speak on everyone else's topic. The interview was very to the point and relevant.
