They are going to call a lot of people and then they tell almost everyone that they will call you for the next round in following week but you never gonna hear from them. They won't reply to your mail and if you call you will be told that the HR is busy right now and will call you shortly but then that again is not going to happen. I just wonder why are they conducting interviews?

I went through consultant. The first round was a telephonic which went not that good..still they selected me, called for one face to face round after multiple change of time slots. In the face to face technical round one old senior guy came n met me. This traditional old guy (:P) did not even introduce himself called me up to a meeting room, did not even ask to sit started with a statement.."<name> right? Then he started firing questions one by one starting from javascrit, jquery, css, backbone, require etc. After answering almost all of his questions(70% were correct at least), this guy tells I know so many things, but i dont know this n that...n started giving lectures...(who asked him all that) Anyways i listened him patiently n left..
