First, there was a aptitude exam consisting of verbal and quantitative reasoning. Some candidates were selected from the aptitude exam for technical and HR interviews. Interviews were taken after 2 weeks of the aptitude exam. On the day of interview, a sample group discussion was conducted on a general topic (all candidates were then sent to different interview panels nevertheless of the performance in group discussion ). Technical interview started with self introduction and quickly went on to basic questions in java, python or known programming languages known to the candidate as per CV/Resume or while giving self-intro, and which also included some pattern questions. Some questions related to academic projects which were cited in CV/Resume were asked. HR interview were conducted after the technical interview. Here most the questions were related to future goals, relocation based on projects and basic HR questions available on internet. Results on the interview with the job offer came after another 2 weeks.
