I was a campus selection interview. First we had a pre-placement talk in the morning where the team from the company explained about the company. Next we had an online aptitude test of 150 questions ( approx) 1hr time... they are from quants,verbal,reasoning... out of 130 members appeared 20 got through the written test next, the selected students had technical interview those got through the tr were sent to HR , few got eliminated in those two rounds finally 10 got selected

sql queries, dbms basics, os basics, few technical questions
it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

about rotational night shifts and the ability to handle a customer behaviour
The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
