Applied off campus.There were three rounds. First was aptitude and english , second was technical interview and third was hr interview.
This is was a 3rd party training scheme through niit.
interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (Pune)

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
