Conducted In a busy hotel lobby across a large table that made it very difficult to hear the questions this was following a short and confusing telephone interview. The interview questions were often inappropriate and the process was very disorganised and a poor representation of the company but a good insight into the company and my boss

What is your name? What did you study for graduation? Why should we hire you? What are your goals and why do you want to join this company? What are your strengths?
Interviewer will dare to question you on your personal stuff which was quite unprofessional. Better to skip this org on your job search hence with drawn my candidature. Hope this helps

It took some time to receive an offer but rest was good.
