Two technical rounds and one HR depending on the experience. More related to project based questions and telecom frame works - etom, oss/bss and COTS products if you have any experience. Stress on fulfillment/ Assurance and also CRM part as per project requirement. BT experience would be added advantage.

Interview
attended the US MNC and got the good feedback from the interview panel and manager and the client manager and got good package. they have asked only the scenario and problem based questions and probably answered all the questions without any hassles. The more questions from the project management and the team too. And also from the support work perspective. The support work mainly revolves around the SLA's, and some other stuffs.
