Tektronix Communications interview questions

Brief Phone Interview followed by on site interview. The process seemed fairly easy although they never got back to me and re-posted the job on the job portals. All through out the interview i was told there was on job training available, they just wanted an interested candidate who was willing to learn. I felt that was Rude and un-professional at least they owe an explanation or an email to the candidate informing them of the rejection.

A recruiter will reach out to you ask you a few questions about your background work history and knowledge in Area position is for. Than a few phone interviews with managers, and people currently in similar position will talk to you to see if you have an understanding for position. Face to face interview is then conducted, then recruiter will call back and ask what are your requirements such as pay, start time availabilites health benefit needs and they will make an offer if interest is on both sides.
