I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Terminix (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Need to have clean driving record, look professional and be willing to learn not only pest control but also sales when it comes to working for THIS particular branch. It was fast, the interview that is. After applying through a job search company Terminix called me in and asked me a few basic questions then a few days later hired me.

Question 1
The basic questions really any job asks plus as stated before if you're willing to pull a double of working pest control and sales.
Remote interview (during Covid) took about 45 minutes. This was an entry level position so the questions were simple and mostly centered around ability to manage time and openness to other responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Terminix in Jan 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by the local area manager who made me feel at ease. I did already had previous experience in the industry so was a bit easier for me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Terminix (Miami, FL) in Jun 2021
Interview
The initial process for getting an interview with Terminix was smooth. A few days after filling out the online application and taking the assessment test, which took about 30 minutes, I got an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. I schedule the initial phone interview and I talk to the recruiter who explained what the job was about. A couple of days later, I received an email to schedule a video conference call with the branch manager for the Miami area. There were two people from Terminix at the video call. The first question they asked was "did you work outdoors in the past?". The interview was pretty much over at that point, although I explained to them that I love being outdoors and that the heat and humidity do not bother me.
