1 Coding Round 1 Design Round 1 Leadership round It is totally up to them to proceed after design round even if you do well in both Pathetic HR interaction they are proxy hiding behind hiring coordinators

Interview process took 5 days to complete the 3 rounds of interview. Process start with Coding Round then Design and then Leadership Round. Each round were more then 60 minutes. From process point of view everything was good but what were they looking for, I am still unable to find the answer as all 3 rounds went well. Even during the discussion they discussed so many design aspects but still they were rejected me. Same happen with leadership round, they rejected because of conflict management situation but my point is everyone has its own way of working so what you wanna hear that might be possible will not come from candidate. I am still waiting for the detailed feedback.
