15 min interview with very fast and straight forward questions and answers screening. Its a fantastic and nice experience. Firstly in 2 mins we need to introduce and in the next 3 minutes interviewer give some brief and then 10 minutes is like question and answer session.

Very disorganized. Recruiters didn’t know what they want and didn’t care about the process. The team managers/leads that I interviewed with were mostly young people with not enough experience or deep knowledge.
