I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (Austin, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
1. Recruiter call
2. Technical and project management
I personally love Tesla. I worked in the industry for a long time, and I have interviewed many different companies none of them I mean "none of the interviewers have been this arrogant and senseless. I had the worst interview experience I ever had in my life. The interviewer was from the Infosec team. She was unprofessional and inconsiderate. She kept cutting me off while answering the question. She didn't allow me to complete any of my answers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Palo Alto, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Multiple interview stages, the recruiters and hiring managers lack professional.
I got first video interview rescheduled 3 times not because of me because the hiring manager kept forgetting and missing about the interview.
This isn't the first time I interviewed for Tesla, same thing happened again when I interviewed for them 2 years ago for another position.

First round online interview with the hiring manager. Then onsite panel interview with five interviewers in the team. The online and in-person one both are technical. HR is not efficient. Every other employees seem to be pretty professional!
