I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Really annoying process, not enough business questions , mainly technical in nature. The people seemed smart but were clearly overworked and unhappy in their jobs . There were not many opportunities to ask questions , etc

I interviewed at Tesla (Texas City, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was a sharp and simple interview, in which they immediately tell you whether you're employed or denied. You will not be disappointed if the information you get is as quick as theirs
