Asked situational questions, also asked about prior experiences and what I liked or didn’t like about those positions. I felt overall it was pretty easy, but if I didn’t have experience it might have been tougher.

Question 1
If a guest is angry about their food and you can’t find a manager, what would you do?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
