The Assist Group interview questions

I went through a recruiter and interviewed 3 times before being offered a position. Each interview was challenging in its own way. I knew early on that this was a group of managers I’d be able to grow under.

The process went smoothly up until the end. The recruiter, management team and team members were wonderful - candid, respectful, competent and informative. The company mission has a unique position in the healthcare cost containment industry and incredible potential but unfortunately, has a CEO (certainly NOT a leader) who within ten minutes, proved to be unworthy of his leadership role.
