Interview
Had a phone interview. Then met with the DSM for an interview. Had to do a SWOT analysis of the company, then had to present my analysis over the phone with the DSM and a DSM from another region. Then I had to do a shop floor trial at a different Body Shop then the one I was applying to. The whole process took about 4 weeks.

1. Phone screen interview 2. In-person interview 3. Finally an in-person or virtual interview with District Manager 3 Interviews total. Included a shop floor trail to see how you would do when you are with customers.

Directly you can give interview to resional manager or area manager .HR round is just for formality only same did ,I have given interview to RM and elected in one day and two round after that hr done formality
