Applied through campus site. Two behavioral phone interviews with two current employees each, then a super day at HQ. Process took about 4 weeks. Overall very easy process, the usual behavioral questions.

accommodating, friendly and informational. Easy to approach, gives details about the internship is willing to work around you and is upfront about the whole process. Internships are not suppose to be super easy but they made this one effortless. Employees were easy to talk to.

1st virtual interview with an Associate and Manager. Straight-forward behavior questions so do the STAR method. They're looking for customer-centricity, influence/leadership, business acumen. Having a healthcare or business background is helpful but not necessary
