On two separate occasions I was contacted to interview for their position. 2 interviews the first time and said I would be contacted, no follow up and then sent the same recruiter email a week later, being asked to interview. When I said I already interviewed, no response. Contacted again a few months later, interviewed by same recruiter, then sent an email the next day that they went a different direction. Waste of time interviewing with a company with such high turnover and no follow up.
