Interview
This was a new store opening so they set up shop in a local hotel and did a mass screening with store managers and district managers. Looked very professional and it made the news. They then went to another hotel to do the call-backs with HR manager and store manager. All around was a good process.

Did not ask me anything about actual baking experience or anything regarding the baking field.

Interview
The interview went great. We laughed and was told I would get a call back in 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. I called back a week after the interview and was blown off. Also it took them 1 month to call and set up an interview.
