Applied online. Had to take a computer skills test. Got called for a phone interview and then later a face to face interview. Face to face was with just one manager. Asked basic questions about customer service experience as well as ability to multi-task.
It was a video call and i talked to the recruiter. Very professional and she went over the the role and responsibilities. This company is great and I’m ready to start the process
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.
