Applied online, and received a phone call two days later from the recruiter for my phone interview, which went well. She was sweet, we even laughed a little. My 2nd interview was with two managers at the hartford in Allentown PA.
The appt was set up via email communications. Then I did telephone interview with a hr rep. Then I received email several weeks after the interview with the hiring decision they had made.

The interview process is very good. I met 4 people there on a one on one format, and they asked many fair questions, such as what I did in my prior employers, why I left the prior employers. When I can start working for them, etc. The interview went very well.
