Very standard interview, very simple, company has good potential and tries to sustain good people.
I was walked through the process by the recruiter was even able to gain a counter offer based on previous experience in the field; the first for me.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer
First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

They asked me about my previous claims experience. What some of my strengths and weaknesses were and how I prioritize my day.

The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
