I applied for an area coordinator position 4 times but no job offer. The interview process consists of 2 rounds. Mostly of the questions are behavior based and need to be answered using STAR approach. The interview is taken by 2 operations manager and 1 hr manager. But there is so much of bloody politics of senior management of whom to promote or not.

Tour around building, information about their culture how they work. Questions mostly pertain to handling situations in the workplace. If they are interested you go on to a drug test and wait for a call back about when to start.
