Applied online and got a phone interview a month later, scheduled a face to face interview the next week. I was scheduled at 9:30am but i got late, they didn't consider it. Then i was diected by one of their employees to a room where i was ask a series of questions and my time scheduled then was brought to the ASM next door who ask me a series of questions too and offer me the job, had to do the drug test , sign a paper ffor the background check, orientation and training...

What would you do if u are faced with a customer who is upset? why do you wanna work here? what has been the most enjoyable job you ever had? the most challenging? what do you think makes great for customer services? what would you do if a customer comes to you and wants a good the store doesn't have? then a play to play interaction with the customers...
