I applied online, and received a call for a phone interview by the HR about 3 weeks after applying. Then received a called another week and a half for an in person interview with the assistant store manager, after meeting with him I was offered a position on the spot.

and also, ((Scenario questions)) such as: Tell me about a time when you've had an experience with a customer who was extremely unhappy with her experience at the establishment you were employed at, and how did you handle the situation??
just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

Interview
The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
