Interview
I applied online and had to wait a month for a response but as soon as I was in for a face to face interview it went by quickly. Asked about customer service and putting the customer first. Discussed how far I would go to be trained in different jobs around the store. Willingness and ability to work with others.
Very simple and basic interview. Asked a few questions on former employers and then the normal interview experience type questions. Did not take mouth swab test, or get offered for that matter.

First step was applying online and receiving a phone call from the HR manager. After passing the initial phone call with the HR person, there was an on site interview with hiring manager.
