I was hired during covid so it was a little bit different. I was hired through their automated system based on the assessment which was fairly easy. It’s just basic customer service questions and situations that you have to agree or disagree upon.

You put in an application online on their website. After a week or so, you will have a phone interview then sent to the store they need you at to be interviewed. You will be interviewed by the HR representative for the store. Then they will set up a second interview with you. Either the same day or day after. You will be interviewed by the Manager or Assistant store manager. Then it's all on your responses.

Scenario: Walk up to a customer and ask them if they need help with anything, Customer responds by saying yes, Is there someone they can talk to about ordering some doors for their rental property.
