You come in sit down in the back room and talk to the managers. The manager was super nice and made me feel welcome. They just asked about my experience in customer service and what kind of commitments I had outside of work that may interfere with my work schedule

Do you have any experience in customer relations roles
20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview

Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.

They asked several questions but due to the fact that I was so over qualified...it was 'how soon can you start".
