The Newberry Group interview questions

The interview was straight forward. I talked to three members of management and SME's over the phone. We spoke about past work, training, education and relevant skill sets. The review lasted about an hour with the three of them quizzing me on systems administration and government processes. They were understanding when it came to the necessary steps taken to raise my clearance level for the position in the federal space.

After replying to an introduction email from a recruiter, I had a phone interview with the person that eventually turned out to be my manager. A couple of days later, I received a follow up email from the recruiter asking me if I would be interested in an ISSO position. I responded that that was not the type of position that I was looking for. She followed up with a forensic examiner position which is the position that I pursued. After a second phone call with the hiring manager, I had an on-site face to face interview with the program manager and the Newberry manager. The face to face was fairly straight forward, a few technical questions and then I was asked by the program manager when I could start. A couple of days later, I received an offer letter detailing salary, location, benefits, etc.
