Good process, good people, very poor follow up and far too much indecisiveness in the final round. They put a lot of stock in their profiling of candidates and make decisions largely based on those tests. While I believe in the testing, I do believe they made some assumptions that were off base for me personally. Keep in mind that if you test one way, typically a candidate is going to perform accordingly.
