Very Lame, they don't know what to ask the right questions for which position. If someone is applying for Manager/Director role you ask for vision, strategic planning and from leading team and handling change management etc. You don't ask at leadership level write a sql statement to fetch data, ask those question to analyst or BI developer someone with 10+ years of experience that itself is a big No-No for that person to even reply in the interview or he/she will just loose the interest. Anyways I'm neutral with the interview process nothing great or bad just defines the Organization.
