Interview
Interview process was fairly quick and straightforward. I applied online and heard from a recruiter about a week later. I had a 30 min screening call with the recruiter, and then 3 interviews with various members of the team. After my final interview, the recruiter informed me that they would get back to me soon with next steps. After not hearing back for a week, I followed up with the recruiter and have not heard back at all. Since then, it's been radio silence. I'm pretty surprised that they ghosted after the final round because up until then, there was a lot of communication.
