Straightforward, and communicative with emails. Sounds like they just need someone to churn out the work. The entire process took three weeks from submission to offer in-hand, with two interviews in total.
Super easy. Mainly wanted to make sure you were pseudo competent and would get there on time. Didn’t ask for references and a background in photography or production wasn’t even necessary. The role was a watered down product photographer role (or at least it was like that at the start).
