Started with an video recording process, then interview with a team member, then the hiring manager. The recruiter replied quickly for a follow up. However, it wasn't your typical 30 minute introductory call. It was a program where you record 4-5 interview question videos. It was a bit awkward talking to myself and watching them back but I think it was fine overall. You can re-record if you really mess up.
I think the process moved fast, which I appreciated. But it unfortunately did not end in an offer.
