      Interview

The interview process was very enjoyable up until after the on-site interview. It started off with me applying online on their website. I received a call from one of their recruiters and he set me up for a 3 hour zoom call with the team. After I passed this round I was asked to take another 1 hour coding session with the lead developer on the team and the hiring manager. Once I passed this round I was invited to come onsite to Salt Lake City for the final round of interviews. I did fairly well with the onsite interview. However, it felt like I kind of did not meet the teams expectation on the coding challenge. At the end of the interviews I was told that I would hear from the team about a decision within the next couple of weeks. It was a pretty good experience up until this point. After this there is complete radio silence from the recruiter and the company. The recruiter could not take at least 5 min out of his busy schedule to send me an email about the hiring decision. I believe it is fair for me to expect at least some correspondence after I took several hours of video calls and the pain to fly to Salt Lake City and interview with the team.
